| Equestrian sport is virtually unique in that men and women compete against each other on truly equal terms. It is also a family sport and holds a strong social element – subsequently most shows become hosts to entire families and cater for them accordingly. Any sport involving animals requires dedication and immense enthusiasm from all quarters – the competitors and the army of show volunteers who seek to offer fun and entertainment for all. The demographics for equestrian sport are desirable for most prestigious businesses and brands. It reaches not only riders and fans, but also the families and relatives of those involved in equestrian sport. The majority of professional riders are between the age group 26-55 – with the sporting enthusiasts ranging from 6 years old to 60. Age has no barrier in equestrianism. Riding for the Disabled is actively encouraged at Dabbs Show & Activity Centre. | If you are interested in sponsoring a class or perhaps a series of classes in either show jumping, dressage or showing we can offer you excellent packages. As you may be aware we are the largest venue in the East of Scotland holding prestigious shows in all three disiplines which include qualifiers for major national championships. This means that we are always having reports in both the local press and the equestrian press nationally. Any company or individual can therefor recieve excellent exposure to advertise themselves through sponsorship at Dabbs through our reports, at the show through announcements and advertising banners displayed around the arena and also in the schedule.
